Why don't the Florida Keys look like the rest of South Florida

with all it's high-rise condos and resorts?

There is only one answer.

Because of the Florida Keys Critical Concern Designation.

Join us and help save

  the pristine Florida Keys.

Don't let our shores come to this! Speak out!

Why doesn't the Florida Keys look like the rest of South Florida with wall-to-wall high-rise condos and hotels? There is only one answer, and that is the Florida Keys Critical Concern Designation. Kids 4 Keys, in Key West, Florida, have joined together with other Florida colleagues to initiate a letter writing campaign to all politicians including State Representatives and Senators to make them aware of all the horrendous consequences if the Florida Keys Critical Concern Designation is rescinded.

In 1990, President George Bush signed legislation that created the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary. He did this to save the Florida Keys and waters for generations to come. We say "Governor Bush your father saved the waters of the Florida Keys for all Americans—so Governor, please permanently safeguard the beauty of the Keys from being scarred by high rise condos!"
